How to reach us

The easiest way to get in touch is by email:

If the email link doesn't open, copy: support@poolchemcalculators.com

We review messages related to calculator accuracy, content corrections, and general site feedback.

• Calculator corrections: Formula errors, incorrect dosing, math mistakes, unit conversion issues.
• Content feedback: Typos, broken links, missing information, unclear explanations.
• Site issues: Bugs, formatting problems, mobile display issues, accessibility concerns.
• New calculators: Suggestions for additional pool chemistry tools.

Please note: We can't provide personalized pool service advice or diagnose specific water quality problems. For urgent pool issues, contact a local pool professional or water testing lab.

What we can't help with

While we welcome feedback about the calculators, we're unable to assist with:

• Diagnosing specific pool problems (green water, staining, equipment issues)
• Interpreting water test results or recommending treatment plans
• Equipment troubleshooting or repair advice
• Pool construction or renovation questions
• Local regulations or permit requirements

For these types of questions, we recommend consulting a certified pool professional (CPO), local pool store with water testing services, or pool equipment manufacturer.
